6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagestudiowebdesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates, they are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.
